Embroidery is the production method of applying threads to a garment.
Firstly we digitise your design into stitches and then sew them directly into the garment using specialised embroidery machines. We have a wide range of thread colours to choose from as well as specific thread types such as multicolour, fluoro and multicolour.
Embroidery is a great method of garment decoration to achieve a very long lasting premium look for your apparel, caps and headwear.
For caps we also offer 3d embroidery to give the puff/raised look, this is great for giving certain designs depth and a cleaner finish.

We use industrial Melco EMT16 Embroidery Machines offering high speed embroidery of up to 1,500 stitches per minute whilst maintaining high quality embroidery.
Our single head machines offer up to 16 colours per design.
Our pricing starts from £2.75 with a £19.99 file setup charge.
